The president gave a lot of instructions and recommendations that are difficult to fulfill in a short period of time, said the new plenipotentiary of the President of Azerbaijan in Nakhchyan Fuad Najafli.
According to him, the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan will act as a legislative body, and special representation – as an executive body.
“I myself am a fucking and better familiar with local problems. Nakhchivan was in relative blockade compared to our other regions. Over time, most prohibitions will be shot. No illegal decisions made by whim will not remain”.
