Nigeria: 52 terrorist was eliminated in week

During the operations carried out by the Nigeria army in the northeast of the country, 52 terrorists were eliminated over the past week. This was announced by the director of the media of the Ministry of Defense of Nigeria Edward Buba.

According to Buba, the Nigerian army conducted operations against Boko Haram terrorists in the northeastern states of the country.

During the operations, 204 terrorist were captured, including the leaders of the organization, a significant amount of ammunition was seized. Dozens of militants disappeared, having been injured, – Buba said.

Since 2009, over 20 thousand people have become victims of an extremist of the organization.
