Norwegian airline stopped flying over Ukraine

Norwegian airline Norwegian decided to stop flying over Ukraine due to security situation. This became known from the words of the Director for Communications Airlines Esben Fog, reports “European True”.

Airlines does not fly specifically at the airports of Ukraine, but uses the aviation space of the western part of the state for flights, for example, in Hungary or Turkey.

The company noted that after the MH17 crash at all avoided flights over the East of Ukraine.

“We accepted this decision on the basis of a comprehensive safety assessment, so they decided to suspend flights over Ukraine to a special order. Safety is always in the first place,” said Fog.
