US President Joe Biden admitted that Ukraine can return Crimea, but this will not happen right away.
In an interview with ABC, answering the question of what outcome of the war of Moscow and Kyiv of the United States will be considered victorious, Biden said: “It depends on what Ukrainians decide.”
He said that the United States will not dictate anything to Ukraine, and it is Kyiv that determines whether he is going to return the peninsula and other territories captured by Russia.
“I can present the circumstances in which this will be preceded by a transition period. Not all at once,” Biden added.
