Out coast of Italy, 2 tons of cocaine worth € 400 million were caught

Italy’s financial guard discovered a large batch of cocaine, which drifted to the sea east of Sicily, with a total weight of almost two tons.

According to the department, the total cost of cocaine in the drug market would be at least 400 million euros. The found load has become one of the record in the country.

The message notes that the Fingering Guards have discovered numerous floating packages that were fastened with a network and equipped with a signal light device.

according to the initial version, the load was left into the sea by the ship of drug dealers, then to be delivered to land. In total, the operation allowed to remove 1600 packages of white powder packaged in 70 containers.
