The Ministry of National Defense of Turkey reports that over the past week during operations in Northern Iraq and north of Syria, 48 terrorists have been neutralized.
Advisor to the press and public relations of the Ministry of National Defense Rear Admiral Zeki Akturk at a briefing held at the ministry, said that the Turkish armed forces continue to combat terrorism with increasing influence and intensive pressure at an unusual and unpredictable level in accordance with the necessity in this area.
Akturk said that 48 terrorists were neutralized in this context over the past week, and only 1048 terrorists were neutralized from January 1, including in Iraq and in the north of the Syria.
