Roads created after unlocking all regional communications by Armenia and Azerbaijan will be under the jurisdiction of the country on which they pass. About this during the meeting with the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, said the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexey Overchuk, reports TASS.
“Today we have an excellent idea of the real state of roads. Relying on this data, we think we can find specific solutions. They are based on the fact that the roads will under the jurisdiction of the party in the territory of which they pass.” said Overchuk.
