A visit to Moscow, the chairman of the Muslims of the Caucasus Allahshukur Pashazade met with the Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus’ Cyril.
Azerbaijani media reports that Patriarch Kirill welcomed the chairman of the UMK and emphasized the importance of personal meetings.
According to him, “such meetings create a favorable atmosphere in relationships, positively affect interstate relations and at the same time on solving unresolved issues.”
