Armenia handed over to Azerbaijan and Russia to restore motor transport and waiting for a positive signal Baku. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
“We formulated and transferred offers on roads. We have passed these suggestions to the Azerbaijani side, Russian and international partners. Once we get a positive response from Azerbaijan, we are ready to implement the process of restoring and building a vehicle message,” Pashinian TASS leads.
