Pashinyan recognized 21 km of road Goris-Kapan territory of Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan demanded from the government of Armenia to officially recognize the 21-kilometer road of Goris-Kapan Azerbaijani territory, including two villages, “said the famous Armenian political scientist Stepan Danielyan. It is reported by the Armenian Agency News Armenia-News.am.

We note that before the start of the Karabakh conflict, this territory, including two villages of the Gubadlinsky district, was part of the administrative borders of Azerbaijan. After the end of the war, Azerbaijani troops came to their state borders.

“The requirement was fulfilled, the Prime Minister of RA Nikol Pashinyan at the meeting of the government announced that 21 kilometers is the territory of Azerbaijan, and also acknowledged two villages of the territory of Azerbaijan, pointing to their Azerbaijani names,” said S. Danielyan.

Recall that on the eve of Azerbaijan closed the road to Iran from Armenia on the interstate motorway Goris-Rate. A few hours ago, the National Security Service of Armenia declared the unlocking of the road.
