Pashinyan said he plans to discuss with Putin

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan plans to discuss issues of military-technical cooperation in negotiations with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in Moscow. The head of the Armenian government said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

“On the agenda of the meeting with the President of the Russian Federation, there will be issues related to all areas of Armenian-Russian alliance relations, including cooperation in the military-technical sphere,” said Pashinyan.

The Agency reminds that at the end of February, Pashinyan at the meeting of the government announced its intention to strengthen cooperation with Russia in the field of security, in particular, in the process of reforming the army. He announced the formation of the work of the working group headed by the Minister of Defense, which will be created by the creation of a road map of the reform of the Armed Forces. According to the prime minister, in this process, the Armenian side intends to establish closer cooperation with the partner of the number one in the field of security – the Russian Federation.
