In Mill Majlis, a discussion of the draft amendments to the Law “On Labor Pensions” took place, reports haqqin.az.
At today’s meeting of Mm, a change was proposed to the law providing for the application of an urgent amnesty when deducting the amount of the already paid retirement pension and the allowance for a retirement pension.
According to the current legislation, this amount is currently withheld with the consent of the labor pensioner on the basis of the decision of the body appointing a retirement pension, in the absence of consent – in court.
Changing the law provides that only the amount overpaid over the past three years will be held, while the entire amount is currently subject to return.
In addition, according to amendments, from pensioners receiving a low pension, an amount of 10%will be charged, high – 20%.
The change was made to the vote and approved in the first reading.
It is expected that the amendments will come into force from January 2023.
