“To my patients, I do not recommend coffee on an empty stomach or immediately after meals. Coffee disrupts the process of absorption of minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium and calcium. These minerals are fundamental both for female and for male health,” noted Queen.

According to her, it is ideal for coffee between the main meals. In this case, all useful properties of coffee will work, and the mineral balance in the body will not be broken, the nutritionist explained.

“Coffee is better to use between meals as a kind of ritual. This should happen at least half an hour before meals or at least an hour after eating,” the queen concluded.
