Peskov told nonsense information about order of Kadyrov to kill Zelensky

Spokesman for Russian President Dmitry Peskov categorically refuted the newspapers The Wall Street Journal that Vladimir Putin instructed the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov to eliminate the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky at the beginning of the war.

“This is complete nonsense,” said Peskov.

Earlier on Friday, The Wall Street Journal published an article where, citing Ukrainian intelligence data, claimed that Putin allegedly ordered the head of Chechnya at the beginning of the war to occupy government buildings in Kyiv and liquidate the Ukrainian president.
