In Kiev, a 27-year-old Killer Elmraz Mamedov was detained, who made a custom murder in Odessa on August 3. According to HAQQIN.AZ with reference to the Ukrainian media, he hidden in an apartment leased near the Nikolai Amos Clinic.
Killer issued a call made by him from the Ukrainian issue to his family to Azerbaijan. The report says that he was planned to send to Poland, but did not work.
Recall, Elmraz Mamedov on August 3 in Odessa shot a 25-year-old Azerbaijani entrepreneur Lachin Mamedov from a gun-gun-machine “Stalker”, whose name was also listed in the police database as a racketer and robber, and then escaped from the crime scene. Lachin Mamedov was a resident of the village of Imaashli Shamkirsky district and, together with his wife and young children, lived in Odessa. It is reported on his belonging to a criminal group consisting of Azerbaijanis.
Killer a week before the murder arrived with this purpose from Poland to Odessa, removed the apartment near the house where the victim lived, and began his surveillance behind him. In order to fulfill the registered murder, he acquired Mercedes with European license plates, on the same car escaped from the crime scene, then threw it on one of the streets. The moment of murder was captured by video surveillance cameras.
According to some data, the killers of L. Mamedov are members of an organized criminal group led by the criminal authority of the Sadik Mirzoyev, which is now contained in Odessa SIZO.
