PKK terrorists continue to put minors under gun in Iraq and Syria

YPG militants (the branch of the PKK terrorist organization – approx. Anadol), continue to put minors under the gun and attract adolescents in hostilities in Iraq and Syria.

Such data are given in the report on the participation of minors and armed conflicts, published by the UN on July 27, 2023.

In particular, the report contains data on minors who were set under the gun, killed or wounded in 2022.

According to the report, the RSC terrorists under the guise of the so-called “Syrian democratic forces” (SDG) put 28 minors in Iraq under a gun, after which they used in clashes and involved in work at control and checkpoints.

Given the data of previous reports prepared by the UN on the same topic, the number of minors who forcibly joined the YPG/YPJ in Syria only in 2022 increased almost three times.

So, according to the UN report from 2022, the number of minors who joined terrorist organizations in Syria was 221.

This year, this indicator, according to the report, has grown to 633.

It was found that most of the minors who joined the terrorist organization was used as labor.

In addition, four more stolen children were used to conduct terrorist activities YPG/YPJ.

According to information received from sources in power structures, the RSC as a result of successful operations of Turkey in the fight against terrorism lost a larger number of its functionaries.

The terrorist organization is trying to make up for its thinned ranks, including in Turkey and Europe.
