During the control measures conducted by the employees of the Aggel National Park, about 2 a.m. persons who illegally caught fish were identified.
According to Haqqin.az, the head of the Biodiversity Service Firuddin Aliyev, one of the poachers, who did not obey the legitimate requirements of the employees of the national park, opened fire from the hunting rifle and disappeared. During the incident, no one was injured, one of the poachers was detained.
“During the investigation, it was established that the detained poacher is a resident of the Bayglansky district Bayler Ferzalyzade,” he said.
According to the head of the service, in order to detect another poacher and adoption of appropriate measures in relation to both guilty, an appeal to law enforcement agencies was sent.
