Employees of the Guba district police department revealed a serious crime suspected of committing Shokhrat Mursaliev detained and attracted to the consequence.
In the Guba Regional Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that on August 23, a resident of the Lip of Zeidulla Azizov was hospitalized to the Gusar Central District Hospital with various injuries, and on August 30, despite the efforts of the doctors, he died.
Mursaliev, who inflicted Z.Azizov numerous injuries during the conflict, was detained during operational investigative activities.
The investigation in the criminal case continues.
