According to him, in the conditions of sanctions in the European Union, energy prices have taken off, but China receives them at a discount. “China wins, America does not lose, Europe suffers completely in the power of Arabs in terms of oil, but now it receives oil from Russia,” the Moscow Komsomolets quotes it.
