Spain requires NATO of the same “unity and sequence” according to the situation in the blocked sector of gas as in Ukraine.
This is the prime minister of Spain Pedro Sanchez at the closed session of the anniversary, 75 Summit of the heads of government and NATO states in Washington.
“We can not be accused of using double standards that could undermine our support to Ukraine. On the contrary, we demand the same unity and sequence in relation to the Gaza, as in the Russian occupation of Ukraine,” the Spanish media politics cite.
It is important that citizens realize that Spain has a consistent political position that excludes double standards.
“If we say that we support Ukraine because we protect international law, we should do the same in gas. If we demand respect for international law in Ukraine, we should also demand its respect in the gas sector,” added Sanchez.
