The Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan expands links with law enforcement agencies in Germany. In this regard, on Thursday, January 27, the delegation led by the Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev began a working visit to Germany. This Haqqin.Az reported in the press service of the department.
During the visit, K.Aliev met with the state secretary of the German Ministry of Justice Angelica Schlunk. The meeting expressed satisfaction with the positive dynamics of the development of links between countries in political, economic, legal and other areas.
The Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan informed the Secretary of State on the ongoing reforms to the comprehensive modernization of the activities of the Prosecutor’s Office. The prospects for the development of interdepartmental cooperation, including in the field of legal assistance in criminal cases and extradition, were also discussed.
