An arrested person who gave 165 thousand manat of citizens, was informed about this with HAQQın.az in the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
According to information, the solid suspicions were identified that Javanshirov Fakhraddin Suleiman Oglu offered his own accused to assist in the termination of production on individual criminal cases initiated in the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the General Office for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Cancellation of the Selected Measure Preventive, took money from them in the amount of 165 thousand trains, promising that he will give them to authorized officials.
Javanshirov was charged under articles 178.3.2 (fraud, with causing major damage), 32.4, 312.2 (cottage of bribes for the official for committing obvious illegal actions (inaction) or repeatedly), a preventive measure in the form of arrest was elected.
