Prosecutor requested 13 years in a colony for William Gadzhiev

In the Baku court for serious crimes, the lawsuit continued in the criminal case of the former head of the executive branch of the Imishchensky district, William Gadzhiev.

According to the Haqqin.az correspondent, at today’s meeting, Judge Azer Pashayev announced the completion of the judicial investigation. The state prosecutor Rauf Malyshev in his speech demanded to put William Gadzhiev to the 13 years in prison with a sentence in a correctional institution of a maximum regime. In addition, the prosecutor suggested confiscating the arrested property in favor of the state.

The trial will continue on July 8th.
