In Baku, a criminal case was initiated in the fact of the death of a teenager, on the head of which fell a stone slab, whipped from the wall of a five-storey residential building in Sabail district.
As reported by Haqqin.az in the Prosecutor’s Office of the Sabail district, the criminal case was initiated under Article 314.2 of the Criminal Code (negligence, which caused the death of the victim and other serious consequences).
Recall that the 14-year-old Shabanov Ali Makhir Oglu died on May 5 in the republican neurosurgical hospital.
