President Vladimir Putin first awarded the title of Mother Heroin. One of the awarded was Medni Kadyrov, the wife of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, the Russian media write.
Ramzan and Medny Kadyrov raising 14 children, two of them are adoptive. Their eldest sons allegedly participate in the war in Ukraine, wrote in his telegram channel Kadyrov.
The title of “Mother Heroine” was assigned to the USSR to women who gave birth and raised 10 or more children. He was established during the Second World War, when millions of people died and the population of the Union decreased significantly. The last time he was assigned in 1991.
