Russian President Vladimir Putin described modern military conflicts that occur in the world. The president told about this on an expanded meeting of the board of the Ministry of Defense, the broadcast of which is available on the YouTube Channel Tass.
According to Putin, in the newest time conflicts are not on the template. Now the one who accepts non-standard solutions is defeated. Turning to the Collegium of the Ministry of Defense, he called on to prepare such specialists in Russia.
“We see that modern military conflicts are not under the template. In them, as before, a key role belongs to the commander. A lot depends on his knowledge, experience, personal qualities,” the Russian president stressed.
