Russian President Vladimir Putin extended until the end of 2023 the decree on the ban on the sale of Russian oil and oil products to foreign legal and individuals, if the contracts contain the conditions of the DPRICE CAP price ceiling) established by the United States and a number of other countries.
This follows from the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
It is noted that the effect of this decree is extended until December 31, 2023, earlier the decree was valid until July 1, 2023.
