Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with permanent members of the Security Council proposed to discuss interaction in the post-Soviet space on the eve of the CIS summit.
“The CIS Summit will be held on October 15, in this regard, I would like to talk to you and consult on some aspects of our interaction with partners, friends, allies in the post-Soviet space, with the states of the Commonwealth of Independent States,” said Putin.
CIS Summit will be held in Minsk.
