Putin talked with Lukashenko before entering troops in Donbass

Russian President Vladimir Putin informed the Belarusian President of Alexander Lukashenko on the situation with Ukraine. Their conversation took place around 5:00, before Mr. Putin announced military special operation in the Donbas.

The conversation of two presidents reported the Belarusian State Agency Berta. According to him, Vladimir Putin informed Mr. Lukashenko “On the situation on the border with Ukraine and in the Donbas”. Other details are not given.
