Russian President Putin will not participate in the Munich Security Conference. According to RIA Novosti, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Sadkov reported.
“Putin has no participation plans in the Munich Conference. In any formats,” said the sands.
The clarifying question will not be the head of state, including in the online format, the sands answered negatively.
Earlier, the head of the Munich Security Conference Wolfgang, Ishinger expressed the hope that the Russian president would take part in the conference in online format.
Conference will be held February 18-20.
