In one of the restaurants of the Petrograd district of St. Petersburg, the former deputy head of the Department of Rosreestra Boris Avakyan was detained, “Nevsky News”.
According to preliminary data, Avakian Kurel Hookah with a friend when he noted and recognized one of the visitors who announced to the police.
For a long time, the ex-official was hiding in Armenia and information about his movements was not received.
The publication notes that Boris Avakian worked in the Republic of Rosreestra until 2016, after which he became a person involved in the criminal case about smuggling. The investigation believes that Avakian created an organized criminal group, which was engaged in the import of electronics and clothing under the type of building materials. Avakyan managed to escape from under house arrest to Paris, where he was moving away to Armenia in the future.
