Religious Fund of Turkey distributed sacrificial meat for 1,500 needy families in Kirkuk

The Turkish Religious Fund (TDV) and the religion department distributed sacrificial meat among 1,500 needy families in the Iraqi city of Kirkuk.

The distribution of meat was coordinated with the Association of the Brotherhood and Culture of Iraqi Turkmen in Kirkuk and took place in the Mohammad Rasul Mosque.

Head of the Association of the Turkmen Brotherhood and Culture of Iraq Hussein Karim, in an interview with the Anadolu agency, said that the funds allocated by philanthropists in Turkey reached the needy.

Kerim said that sacrificial meat was distributed 1,500 needing families in Kirkuk. He thanked the Turkish Religious Fund for support.
