During the construction of the overwhelming number of buildings in recent years, the requirements of the legislation in the relations of the creation of green spaces have been observed, said Hikmet Alizade, head of the State Ecological Security and Natural Resources Safety Service.
According to him, 10-15 years ago the situation was different:
“In the past, the buildings were built wherever there were empty spaces. Even the requirements of the minimum distance between the two buildings were not observed, not to mention green spaces. But now there is nothing to be done with this. At least the requirements should be observed (for the construction buildings) in the future. We will try to ensure this, ”he said.
