Director of the Caucasus Department and Regional Conflicts of the Bureau of Europe and Eurasia of the US State Department, Mark Cameron, is on a visit to Baku.
According to the US Embassy in Azerbaijan, Cameron will take part in internal meetings with the Embassy in Baku, will meet with various officials, as well as economic, political and other partners of the US government.
“Mark Cameron … at the meetings it will note that the United States remain committed to promoting a safe, stable, democratic, prosperous and peaceful future for the Southern Caucasus region, will emphasize that a direct dialogue is the key to issues between the parties and achieve a sustainable world “, – said in a statement by the diplomatic union.
