November 9-10 In the capital of the Republic of Montenegro, a conference is held on the topic “Early intervention for the optimal development of each child.”
The event is attended by delegations of Croatia, Azerbaijan, Serbia, Montenegro, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Portugal and other countries. Our country at the International Conference is represented by the head of the sector of the protection of women, mothers, children and adolescents of the Ministry of Health Ainura Zeynalova, development specialist of the UNISEF representative office in Azerbaijan Elena Israfilova and consultant to the health department of the mother and child of the Department of Medical Activities Təbib Shabnes Shakhghaldiev. The expert of the ministry took part in the panel discussion under the international conference.
The main goal of the event is to monitor the early intervention of children’s development in the countries of Europe and Central Asia, the discussion of the difficulties and the search for optimal ways to solve the main problems. In addition, an exchange of views took place in the direction of preparing the national program for the development of young children and the preparation of a roadmap.
