In the Baku Military Court, a petition for exemption under the home arrest of the former commander of the compound of the Lieutenant General of Rasuchan Akperova is considered. This decision was announced during the trial chaired by Judge Jamal Ramazanov, according to APA.
According to the decision, the application for a change in the preventive measure for home arrest was not satisfied.
Recall, Lieutenant-General Rovshan Akperov was arrested in March of this year. The General Prosecutor’s Office reported about his arrest. Akpers was brought as accused under articles 12.1, 120.2.2 (intentional murder) and 12.1, 221.3 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, on the submission of the General Prosecutor’s Office by the decision of the Baku Military Court against Akperov elected a preventive measure in the form of imprisonment for a period of 4 months .
