Moscow, together with partners, working on the convening of an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council on Afghanistan, said in an interview with RIA Novosti Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation, Director of the Second Asian Foreign Minister of Russia Curba Kabulov.
“Meeting will collect. But this will not change the situation: before it was necessary to think, and not now meeting meetings,” the diplomat added.
