Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Prosecutor General’s Office to take additional criminal proceedings against the ex-owner of the Cherkizovsky market of Telman Ismailov for his issuance of Montenegro, reports RIA Novosti with reference to the RF IC website.
Previously, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation reported that the Office began to prepare a new request for Ismailov to Russia to bring to criminal liability.
