The Russian official Internet portal of legal information has published an order according to which justification is no longer needed to go to Georgia through ground boundaries.
earlier, to cross the ground border of Russia with Georgia, it was required to prove that the purpose of the trip is training, work, treatment or other good reasons.
Such restrictions for this and other countries were introduced by order of the government of March 27, 2020, which, due to the pandemic of coronavirus, was temporarily limited to traffic through automobile, railway, pedestrian and other checkpoints.
