Russia pulls the troops to the border with the part of the Kharkov region of Ukraine captured by it. This was reported by Radio Liberty with reference to Planet Labs satellite pictures on July 30.
The pictures were taken on July 28 in the area of the village of Sobolevka, Belgorod Region, where Russians are pulled by troops by rail. The frames recorded an increase in the number of military equipment and personnel of the Russian Army in comparison with satellite photos of the area for June 19.
