Gas supplies to Turkey on the Blue Stream gas pipeline have achieved a maximum for all time: in 2021, 15.98 billion cubic meters were pumped out on this route. This is stated in the company Gazprom, reports Lenta.Ru.
We note that two gas pipelines from Russia come to Turkey on the sea – in addition to the “Blue Flow”, this is a “Turkish stream”, one of the branches of which is intended for Turkish consumers. Turkey and Russia agreed to increase gas purchases in November 2021.
