The Russian authorities suspended the process of organizing “referendums” on the accession of occupied territories – due to a successful Ukrainian counterattack, says Meduza with reference to sources close to the Kremlin.
Sources emphasized that political technologists related to the Kremlin who worked in the Kharkov and Zaporizhzhya regions have already been withdrawn to Russia: “An order was received to go home.”
In the Kherson region, Russian political technologists who have prepared a referendum remain.
