“Registration of foreign aircraft in the Russian register will not affect flight safety. The issue of leasing of aircraft of Russian airlines must be decided as part of concluded commercial contracts.” This is stated in the statement of the Federal Air Transport Agency.
Recall that on February 26, against the backdrop of military operations in Ukraine, the European Union prohibited the supply, sell, maintain and insure European aircraft in Russia, as well as to give them there. On April 11, the European Commission introduced 20 Russian aircraft on air safety.
