Pandemic, similar to the global epidemic of COVID-19, will occur in the future, and more often than before. This was stated by the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popov, reports RIA Novosti.
“Because we changed the world: the degree of migration, the degree of development of science, the degree of development of synthetic biology is all forms a forecast: yes, it will be,” she told during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
At the same time, she noted that humanity is already known to fight a pandemic, and this skill should be “consolidated, to develop, extract all lessons.”
