Moscow will not send a congratulatory telegram to Washington on the occasion of the Independence Day of the United States. About this, as TASS writes, said the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
According to Peskov, this is due to the fact that 2022 “became the culmination of unfriendly policies against our country by the United States. Under these conditions, it is hardly appropriate to be considered the rfixing of a congratulatory message.”
