Russia will not fulfill the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) adopted after March 15. According to TASS, the relevant law was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
So, the decisions of the ECHR adopted after March 15, 2022 will not be executed, that is, from the moment of the submission of the Russian Federation on the exit from the Council of Europe.
