The indictment in the case states that at a meeting of deputies on March 15, Alexei Gorinov announced the inadmissibility of entertaining leisure for Muscovites, since “hostilities are underway on the territory of the neighboring sovereign state.” He was supported by Elena Kotenochkin and deputy Ilya Yashin (passing in the case with a witness, at the moment arrested for resisting the requirements of police officers for 15 days).
