The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova called the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky “Chupakabra”.
So the diplomat reacted to the criticism of a policy against the UN and Red Cross to requests for help after the destruction of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station.
Zakharova reminded of a message in the media that “President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky was very disappointed and shocked by the UN and Red Cross reaction to the emergency at the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station”.
“Chupacabra is unhappy,” wrote a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
