Russian RBC television channel refused to publish an interview with the “State Resume” of the separatist regime in Hangkendi Rubeni Vardanyan, Vardanyan himself wrote on his Instagram account.
Vardanyan complained that RBC journalist Ilya Doronov refuses to publish his “announced exclusive interview for viewers of the Russian Federation”.
