Head of the Parliamentary Committee for External Relations and Azerbaijani delegation in PACE Samad Seidov was elected first vice president of the organization’s monitoring committee. He reported this in his twitter.
“I am proud that I was unanimously elected to a very responsible position in Strasbourg – the first vice-president of the PACE Monitoring Committee,” said Samad Seyidov.
